The value of eSignatures is so easy to state. The HelloSign integration fundamentally changes the way people use KinHR to onboard their employees. HR managers using KinHR can now effectively remove 2-3 steps. Customers no longer have to download the paperwork, upload it, then send to the employee to download it, etc.

One positive result of using HelloSign is a much quicker turn around time for completed paperwork. We can now have a customer's signed agreement within minutes, as opposed to waiting for days.

We like the ease of use for the employees, and for the customers. The service is very straightforward and easy to understand. The business account gives us the ability to set our documents up as templates which really takes the guesswork out of it for the end user employees who are interacting with the customers.

Our user experience is long, given the fact that landlords need to upload their lease documents, input several data points for our system of record, send to the tenant, the tenant signs, and then the landlord needs to countersign the lease. For our other leasing options in Avail, the completion rate of this end-to-end UX is much lower than we have already seen for the HelloSign UX. Users who complete the leasing UX, ultimately opt into rent payments at a higher rate, which drives revenue for Avail.
