Today we’re delighted to share that Dropbox Sign has once again been voted the #1 eSignature vendor for ease of implementation on G2 Crowd, a popular software user review site! To add to the excitement, we came in 1st against 19 other eSignature vendors (including DocuSign). We took top slot in the small business category and the mid-market category and maintained the incredible customer satisfaction score of 9.46/10 – higher than any other vendor.
While we’re over the moon about our 1st place win across the board, this award strikes a chord with us because it was based on reviews or our real customers.

About the Implementation Index Report for Winter 2018
G2 Crowd bases this award based on their carefully crafted Implementation Index which addresses ease of setup, implementation time, user adoption and other factors across the top 20 eSignature vendors. A product’s implementation score is calculated by a proprietary algorithm that factors in user satisfaction ratings across a number of implementation-related review questions.
Software buyers can use these scores to quickly identify the easiest to implement eSignature products based on the experiences of their peers.
Dropbox Sign’s Continued Dedication to Putting Users First
At Dropbox Sign, everything we do maps back to making sure we provide the highest value to our customers. That means not only building a powerful solution, but one that’s easy to use. And sometimes, making something simple is actually quite difficult.
“Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple.” — Steve Jobs
When we consider the importance of making our API easy to implement, we think about what it means not only for our customers, but for our customers’ customers. The quicker we can get companies up and running with eSignatures, the quicker they can delight their customers with an awesome experience.
The Dropbox Sign API can power some of the most dynamic workflows for businesses of any size. And with an average integration time of 2.5 days of developer time, it’s very quick to launch.
We place a huge importance on making sure our API is the most developer-friendly API available — we prioritize having clean documentation, an industry-first API dashboard for easy tracking and debugging, and trained API support engineers to personally assist with the integration. This is the type of value our users continue to express on G2 Crowd.
