How to sign a document in Gmail without leaving your inbox

Visit the Google Workspace Marketplace to install the Dropbox Sign Add-On for Gmail.

Once it’s installed and you’re signed in to the Add-On with your Dropbox Sign login, documents you receive as attachments in Gmail will have a “Sign” button.

Click the “Sign” button next to a document in Gmail to load the Dropbox Sign signature window.

In this window, you can electronically sign and send your documents for eSignature. You can also choose to download the signed document.

All of the documents you send through the extension will show up in the documents view on sign.dropbox.com.

Plus, you can easily keep track of who has signed the document, and when, to make sure everything stays on track.
