Am I eligible for the offer?
A Sign specialist can review your current eSignature agreement and determine whether your organization qualifies. Submitting the form doesn’t guarantee eligibility.
How's the credit calculated?
This offer provides a one-time discount equal to three months of your current eSignature agreement, up to $25,000, toward the first year of a Sign Standard annual plan. The remaining subscription balance is due at signing.
What's the deadline for the offer?
Your qualifying Sign agreement must be signed by December 31, 2026.
Is a multiyear commitment required?
Yes. A minimum two-year Sign agreement is required. The discount applies only to the first year. Regular annual pricing begins in year two.
