How do I set up the integration?

To link Dropbox Sign with OneDrive, create an account in Dropbox Sign, go to the Settings page, and click on the OneDrive integration. Enter your OneDrive credentials and sign in.

Can I send documents to people who do not have a Dropbox Sign account?

Yes, you can send documents to be signed by people who do not have a Dropbox Sign account. When you send a document for signature, Dropbox Sign will send an email to the recipient with a link to the document.

Will Dropbox Sign track the status of documents that I have sent for signature?

Yes, Dropbox Sign will send you an email notification when someone signs a document. But you can also view the status of documents in your Dropbox Sign account.

How to sign a document in Microsoft OneDrive

Activate the Dropbox Sign OneDrive integration

In your Dropbox Sign account, select Settings from the drop down when you hover over your email address in the upper right corner.

Choose the Integrations tab, find OneDrive and select the Activate button. You will be asked to allow access to complete the integration.

Sync your Dropbox Sign account with OneDrive

Click the OneDrive icon the next time you upload a document to be signed.

Once you are synced, you can click on the OneDrive icon whenever you need to pull a file from your OneDrive account for eSignature.
