On April 12-13, 2022, Dropbox Sign, a Dropbox company, will be at Startup Grind. Startup Grind is the largest independent startup community, actively educating, inspiring, and connecting more than three million entrepreneurs in over 600 cities across the world. This year’s conference includes meaningful networking and mentorship, developing deeper connections that bring humanity back into focus; Topics covered include how to think human-first and serve a more diverse consumer, with hands-on workshops designed to help you evolve and scale your startup.
Dropbox Sign is participating in Startup Grind this year to help startups learn how to hire and onboard new talent quickly, no matter what stage you’re in. We’ll also be offering roundtables and office hours where you can connect with our team of mentors for advice.

She uses her entrepreneurial experience and her background in creative writing to illuminate customer stories and build relationships across a scaled, B2B SaaS customer base. Prior to this role, she was Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at IdeaScale — leading idea management software for the enterprise and government. Day volunteers for sustainability organizations and lives in Napa, CA.
Lily Zhang is the Senior Director of Engineering of Fulfillment Experience at Instacart, leading a 100+ engineering team. Her expertise spans social media, eCommerce, and marketplaces.
